Meet our CEO, Dr. Natasha Mickel
Dr. Natasha Mickel is a research, workforce development, and organizational strategy consultant with more than 15 years of experience developing programs, leading multidisciplinary initiatives, conducting program evaluation, and delivering professional development across academic, healthcare, research, and organizational settings.
Her experience includes federally funded research and training initiatives, mentoring program development, faculty and workforce development, program evaluation, professional coaching, grant-supported initiatives, and the development of scalable programs designed to strengthen organizational and workforce outcomes.
Dr. Mickel has published in national journals, managed complex projects, developed academic and professional development programs, collaborated with multidisciplinary research teams, and led initiatives involving institutions and partners across healthcare, higher education, research, nonprofit, and community settings.
The change needed to diversify any setting has to be a shared responsibility by all.
